We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so. if, within 30 days of the original order, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange the item for another one of your choice to the same value, provided it is returned in original saleable condition.
If after receiving a product you decide it is not suitable you are welcome to send it back to us for exchange or a full-refund or credit to your customer account. Please make sure that the product is in original condition (including its original packaging) and well packaged to avoid damage in transit. You will need to pay the freight for the return but we will be happy to cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
We try to stock the highest quality products available but unfortunately sometimes a product may not work as expected. In the first instance we recommend that you live chat or phone us on 0800 222 986 as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.
