Unique, practical and deluxe. The Silver Cross Sleepover offers the flexibility of a home away from home. Perfect from birth to toddler, the Sleepover system offers an overnight carrycot, protective pram and fully reversible pushchair.
Importantly, you can choose the type of chassis that best suits your lifestyle. The Classic chassis gives you the remarkable Silver Cross suspension and big spoked wheels for a smooth ride over bumpy ground, while the lightweight Linear is more compact and perfectly suited for city life.
! During the day the carrycot clicks securely onto the chassis with a one-click, four-point locking system, whilst at night a simple dressing pulls over to create a Moses set that fits safely onto the handcrafted wooden rocking stand. Finally, when your baby’s ready to sit up, the carrycot converts into a reversible pushchair.

![]() | My mother bought me the Classic style over from the UK as I did not think Silver Cross was even available in NZ. I really love it, it seems pricy but you get so many accessories with it, and I have used them all so they're not just gimmicky extras. I chose this pram as I really wanted a traditional style pram that was also practical (and not like the Silver Cross Heritage prams which are beautiful but you don't get much use out of them once baby starts to sit up), but the Sleepover is just that, plus I get so many comments from mums who like the look of it (so now I can tell them that Baby Universe stocks Silver Cross!) It feels and IS very solid and sturdy and the quality is clearly really good. I also like the fact that now that my baby is older and using it as a pram, she can be facing me, which I think is really important for helping your baby to develop socially. When she gets a bit older I can turn it around so she can face outward too. The only thing I felt difficult with the Sleepover was that the carry cot (which is actually the pram as well) is not a true carry cot as it does not have handles, so you can't easily lift baby out of it. I think it would be great if they designed it so it had handles, and then it fits directly onto the moses frame. If you want a quality , high-end cot that isn't the same as everyone elses Bugaboo etc, then Silver Cross is the way to go! Jasmine Richfield, Ponsonby Auckland |
